2018 US Open Results Big Craigs Golf Group
Brookes Koepka wins the 2018 US Open to become the first player since Curtis Strange in 1989 to win back to back US Opens.
Also a big congratulations also to our Kiwi contingent Ryan Fox finishing in a tie for 41st and Tim Wilkinson tied 48th, excellent finishes given the difficulty of the course.
To our sweepstake well done to "dee" a new winner in our sweepstakes for hanging in there after dropping back to fourth through rounds two and three, "dee" on (369) taking it from "RustyB" on (388), "Woodie" on (405) a further seventeen back in third with the proshop copycat "Pedro" on (407) pipping the "big fella" by twenty two points to finish in fourth position.
The sweepstake very much like the golf saw the early leaders hold on for much of the top prize money "Pedro" from 10th on the first day was probably the biggest mover into the top five and "curly" from 30th after day one moving into 9th on the final day.
The largest fall "ripper" from 7th after day one into 22nd place.
